TEDxManhattan: Changing the Way We Eat On February 12th, 2011, a team of Beaconhouse Media’s finest camera operators and HD video experts recorded the events at TEDxManhattan in New York City. The one-day event highlighted several aspects of the sustainable food movement and the work being done to shift our food system from industrially-based agriculture to one in which healthy, nutritious food is accessible to all. Beaconhouse then edited each talk into it’s final version seen below.
